What our first session looks like.

It starts with a conversation.

Change can seem scary and daunting, but we take it one step at a time, and we do it together.

In our first session, I’ll start by asking you some general questions about what you are hoping to achieve from our sessions. This can feel like a tricky place to start, but I help guide you through so we can understand each other.

This is a hopeful conversation. We work together to recognise how you managed through different situations and scenarios. And believe me, you DID manage! You’re here after all aren’t you?

Together, we identify your abilities, traits, and personal characteristics that have enabled you to cope in the past, and consider how to use these resources to achieve the future you hope for.

There is no homework required, there are no set tasks. This is an individual experience that we craft together, to find the solutions that work for you.
